amare's game lately reminds me the later years of karl melone's game- which were great
he shoots great from mid range, less banging inside = less injuries
he can get:
25-30 points
7-8 reb
2-3 blocks
3-4 ast

we heve a great piece in him for the years to come

Malone was a much better rebounder but otherwise the similarities are impressive.

Melone and Steckton will never be surpassed, but Chauncey and Amar'e can come close if they get to the finals.

Malone was a better rebounder and defender. I think Amare has more versatility on offense.

You mean, Malone and Stockton will be surpassed if and only if a pick and roll tandem nets a championship?

they aren't the same player, but melone at the last few years of his career was mostly shooting mid range jumpers and scoring a lot.

amare is't as good of a rebounder as melone , but i feel he is quicker and a better shot blocker and scorer

with mello getting much attenion amare is getting easier shots and we have good outside shooters (fields,shawn,billups,walker,douglas,mason jr. )

the knicks are in great shape right now

Your name reminds me of Nadav Henefeld. The Israeli basketball player who played for UCON. Nice player, very smart, not athletic enough.
