Saw this. I have to admit, this is pretty disgusting. I'm glad it was pretty much caught on video. I didn't think things like this were so common anymore, but maybe I was wrong.

2) Why did this even happen?

Not enough was shown in this video, but if those pedestrians really insist the dude did nothing, I'm sure he did nothing.

Shad Gaspard. Former member of the tag team, Cryme Tyme. Not a major star or anything, but he's a big guy, something like 6'6".
