Nothing to do with tonight.

Yes, they figured it out in the regular season, but the postseason is a different animal and this will be their first series together. Not only will there be tremendous pressure on them, but they'll have to figure out the hierarchy all over again in a playoff atmosphere.

Steal game 1 and it will be panic mode.

I say bring it on.

Sorry, on train. Bored...

I don't really fear any of the teams in the East anymore. The top 3 are better than we are, but IMO not so much that we have no shot against them. Even with very little time to develop chemistry, I think we'd still be the one team no one wants to face in the 1st round. We don't care about being on the road and the Garden will be in BEAST MODE in the Playoffs.

I'd actually prefer Miami over a team like Chicago, Boston, or Orlando, cause Miami lacks SIZE, and size will be what ends us in the playoffs.

Miami gave us a lot of trouble earlier because they had a lot of athletic wing defenders who were able to double/triple team Amar'e, but still get back quick enough to close out on our shooters. Which pretty much forced us out of our game. Plus they denied the PnR better than most other teams we played.

Now that we have Melo/Amar'e, we're no longer as reliant on the 3-ball or the PnR.

I thought that Miami was the model?

thought it was weak they were trying to trade Mike Miller. I thought he took a bit (not much less) to go.
