You really need to stop pretending the Knicks as a team just show up every other day or 2 a hour before game time and then go home and not see each other until the next game.
There isn't a Knicks beat writer that won't tell you Randolph was an enigma in practice, frustrated his teammates and just never distinguished himself from ANY standpoint (motor, attitude, work ethic).
A LOT more went into WHY Randolph didn't play other than he struggled the first few games. Probably the same thing that convinced GS to give up on him and sign David Lee at 5 times the cost.
People that never saw the warning signs that GS put him into the deal in the first place were fooling themselves.
I'm not saying he won't ever be a productive player.
But you have to be living in a hole to not understand the guy has serious issues.
