yea straight up for kurt thomas, thats a good deal. but kvh, kt, and fw or a draft pick is way too much-and not going to happen anyways

forget stat lines. i'm not a big rasheed fan but you can't just post a statline like that and make a case. the other night he had 20 and 6.

we all know what he brings to the table. it's up to isiah if he wants to take that risk.

you can't expect him to average 10 rebounds! but you could expect 6-7 and how come no one posted when he dropped 29 points the previous game and 20 the game before that.

Does Portland have any guards on their team as good as H2o and Steph, that would create enormous space for RW. Why do you think he's willing to come here for the mid level. Steph has made this a more attractive team, just like Kidd does with the nets.

That stat line doesn't explain Jack to me.

I dont think anyone here DOESNT want Raweed to come here for the MLE. That would be simply awesome. Trading for him is a different story. I dont want to trade KVH and Thomas for a 9 year underachiever making $17 mill. If we wants to be here let him come next year for the MLE.

That just about sums it up!

Let those haters KNOW!
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

I think I agree with Fishmike. Trading KVH & KT when you might be able to get him for cheap in the offseason while still keeping those 2 would be stupid. But if all it took was KT, frank and co I would definitely do it because it would make us a lot better THIS YEAR.

of course it'd be an upgrade over k. thomas. but so would a LOT of pf's. if you have to trade another starter in kvh, its not worth it.
id rather trade kt for someone straight up who can get some solid board work done, and doesn't cry like a bit.ch every game.

it would have been even easier to make a point about Marbury with a one game stat. remember? no matter what reason, that is exactly what phoe fans might have been posting the next nights! like some people said, it would be great if the blazers accept the deal for thomas, other than that, we are in a play-off race, can't really afford even the most minor of thorns imo. it would be an up-grade but then again, nobody here has a magic ball to see the future.

Exactly. I'm hoping if we go for a trade, try for shareef. However, I'm not against signing Rasheed this summer for the MLE.

Abdur-Rahim had 32 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Hawks to their first win in nine meetings over the Minnesota Timberwolves, 97-89.

Why would the Hawks want anything from the Knicks. They're interested in expiring contracts, not the garbage the Knicks have to offer (Harrington, Williams, etc)

Why would you not want Rasheed to play C for this team next year if he signed for the MLE? Who do you want over him? Swift? He's really the only guy you can make a case for. Rasheed is perfect for Marbury. You think Doleac dominates with Marbury on the pick and roll? Imagine Sheed and Steph, Wallace's shot range goes out 10 more feet than Doleac, and he is much more athletic to finish when he rolls towards the basket. It'd be undefendable.

I don't think Isiah will make any moves, they're 7-3 under Lenny and to shake things up, unless its very onesided, wouldn't be smart.
