I voted other. I think Denver came out like bandits but I refuse to vote against the Knicks.

Utah, from removing the cancer that is Deron Williams from their roster.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

I went Knicks. I thought the Jazz did very well. I think Prokhorov is a gangester. Thought the Nugs did well considering. But I thought the Knicks bought a superstar at a reasonable price, and will be able to sign him to an extension. Five or six years of the best offensive forward tandem in the NBA. We will own the midrange area of the court for a long time.

hows he gangster. More than likely, after the WHOLE WOLRD hearing what they were offering for Melo, Utah probably rang him up. Seems to make more sense than Prok wasting all this time for Melo when Deron could have been had so much easier.

Gangster isn't having things land in your lap for simply being in the right place at the right time. Gangster is when you Debo someone out of their shyt.

Also its really could become a major strike out if Deron doesn't sign an extension.

It was a bold all-in move. I will always respect individuals that trust their ability to make their fate, as opposed to wait for it to be gift wrapped and delivered to their doorstep.

Jazz... they didnt have the resources to be elite, they had a star player who was already suggesting a departure and got a kings ransom. 2 high lottery picks, a top pick from a year before and a talented PG. Wow... great job be them.

Knicks did OK

Considering the circumstances, all of the above?

Knicks get their second stud in Melo, and given the situation, Denver wound up getting a pretty good package for him.

NJ brings in star power, which is crucial if they're going to sell FA's on Brooklyn, and Utah gets Harris/Favors/Lottery picks and avoid having to replicate the Melo saga with DWill next season.

Wondering what else will happen in the next 24 hours.

I say Knicks, cuz we got Melo and Billups. Collectively that's the best talent to be acquired and we could still do a deal. Deron is great IF THEY CAN KEEP HIM!

honestly, that's porbably the best answer, but ESPN has proclaimed that it must be so A WINNER MUST IS DECLARED! So, I want to know who the winner is!

Right. That deal is the most interesting deal I've ever really seen. Prokhorov droppe dhis balls on the table. Apparently, LeBron and those guys came away very impressed with the man. The perks that will come with playing for him are gonna be insane. Global yacht parties with Russian ballerinas, like in The Dark Knight. That really could be a reality for Deron Williams
