Maybe I'm not remembering correctly but I feel like Billups was a similar player to Douglas when he first came into the league. Hopefully, Billups can mentor him on PG play.

Just a thought...

Chauncey was a top 3 pick and well regarded but I hope TD learns from him.

Yeah, Billups was a much better scorer you're totally right.

Billups is a great leader and professional. I hope he really wants to be here - the team can benefit a lot from the way he runs a team.

Not to take anything away from Ray - I think the job Ray did at point guard and providing leadership this year was incredible.

But I think Billups can be a fit as well, and hopefully a good influence on Toney. Something Billups does well is run a team without having breakdown dribble playmaking ability. Toney doesn't have a break down dribble either... so learning from Chauncey could be huge for him.

Whats funny is that TD only has 1 year on his belt. Room to improve granted not as young as other pg with 1 year experience.

We need to get Mayo so Chauncey can mentor him.

I will pass on Mayo if any chance we can get DWill or CP3 in 2012.

Chris Paul or bust. TD is an ok 15 min guy off the bench.

might be the worst draft... so bad. At least TD was there. Billups was also on like 4 teams in 3 years and eventually signed w/ the MLE by Detroit
