Its time to let the Nuggets twist in the wind. Walsh needs to say come to me with something reasonable by Thursday and I might consider it but I like my team.

Me too. They are not negotiating in good faith if these ridiculous demands are true, so there is no nee for us to let them think they can trade Melo somewhere else. String 'em along - as long as it takes, then pull the rug.

TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

Dolan, Walsh, D'Antoni did the best that they could to get this trade done. No one is blaming them. Let's just go home and let the Nets have Melo. If the Nets deal is so good then why don't they keep thier pieces and picks and build their team? If Dolan and Walsh give up Moz and it ain't about him it's about the screwing we are getting from Denver who don't intend to do a deal with us anyway and we are starting to look like fools.

Walsh is not involved in these negotiations but keep mentioning it to feel better about bashing him after the trade goes through.

+1,000

The new new core: Randle, RJ, IQ. Maybe Mitch. Future pick. Future trade. Future FA.

Yup...the Knicks have to show some balls here and take a stand with these guys. About time that we assert ourselves and gain a bit of self-respect and control over this matter.

I'd love to see Donnie hold a press conference, and say only three words, and then walk away.

"Blow me Denver."

How about Dolan show some balls....he's the desperate one that helped Denver up this trade offer.

The Knicks are like my family. And nobody messes with my family.

It's not like this piece of crap hasn't betrayed everyone he's ever known, sexually harassed someone, disowned his gay son and attempted suicide only to blame it on his young daughter.

Yea that sucks. Pulling the deal off the table and having Denver get back to NY would be priceless and shut that Drago up.

I think what we fail to see is that this ultimately isn't about what is best for the Knick's future. It is about MSG/Cablevision: filling up seats, selling Jersey's, and becoming at least a mediocre bound like Atlanta. There are Knick's fans all over the world even when we sucked, there will be only more with the addition of Melo. I am not sure if they will give in to Denver's demands though, but Dolan wouldn't take their current deal of the table till the 11th hour.
Knicks should pull their offer off the table like Prokerhov did
