NEW YORK -- Memphis Grizzlies guard O.J. Mayo has been suspended without pay for 10 games for violating the NBA's anti-drug policy, the league announced Thursday.

The league said Mayo tested positive for dehydroepiandrosterone, which is a steroid precursor known as DHEA.

His suspension will begin with Friday night's game between the Grizzlies and the Philadelphia 76ers.

I dont think this changes his value. Its dumb on his part thats all... this is not a character thing. Mayo would be great in Douglas's role, but I have no idea what his price is. I think he's got star potential but who knows...

me too. My biggest concern about him is can he handle NY off the court. I think he could really be something.

Studies show that DHEA is completely useless for building muscle or for boosting free testosterone. He should have been taking the real stuff
