Heck yeah, the d league is there for a reason. I want to win this year too but I'll be happy if the Knicks just make the playoffs, play hard and can end the season with hope for the next. There is no way their going to win it all this year but it feels good to watch a game and know they have a chance to win.
Thats all Im asking for--I want to see us enhance the roster a bit--give us a better chance. Id like to see us with a tough second big who can play and go 9-10 deep like San Antonio
Maybe it a question not "if" but "when".
Walsh has to stay in the Melo chase incase the price drops down to his level. Like a stock you want to buy. It only makes sense at a certain price.
We don't need any more production from the 3 but Melo is a worthy upgrade as long as walsh can still fulfill his objectives which he clearly states is a big.
Add a big this season along with some maturation of the Moz and we are big again.
I think its better to go quality then quantity. A bad big fit player is worse than going small.
