reaally started getting into this..


Is it my skills or is "hall of Fame" level hard as hell...i haven't won a game in 12 tries against some of the worst teams in the league

"The All star" level seems a bit tough as well,

I was never that good at 2k, but I suggest working your way up from the lower levels, getting to know the nuances of the game. One of the best pieces of advice I can pass on is something my cousin told me a few years ago when he was crushing me game after game. Cousin said, "hey man, you are trying to play it like it's real-life basketball; you have to play it as a video game, play by the rules of the video game, not the real game of basketball".

So just start easy, work your way up, and don't play it like it's the real thing, play it like the simulation, the virtual representation that it is.

i think Allstar is the most realistic if u play in Real Player shot % mode & adjust the game sliders to make the CPU take less 3's & less steals... in Superstar mode the CPU defense gets steals on just about any pass you try & make inside the paint from more than a few feet away.

I used to play online, always hated playing the computer, that goes for any game, actually. But what I also used to do with 2k is play association, or franchise, or whatever it's called, but I would never play the games. I just simulated. I enjoy manager games, like Championship Soccer Manager, and always wished something like CSM would come out for basketball.

i hat playing online because i usually get housed. lol. i also love molding my team into a championship team and developing players.

The "MyPlayer" option is all I due on there and some of the Jordan Challenges. Best BBall game made to date!!!
