If Indiana is willing to trade Granger I would choose him over Carmelo.

He may not be as explosive a scorer but he would be our 2nd best scoring option. He is a good 3-point shooter, gets assists, rebounds, plays good D at 3 positions.

His contract #'s are reasonable: next year about 12 mill, then 13 mill, last year 14 mill.
Money saved can go towards Dwight Howard in 2012.

your crazy. First off we can get Melo much cheaper then Indy will sell Granger since Melo will be going for .50 on dollar.

Also Melo is a year younger and clearly a better scorer, not even close really

Knicks would have 4-5 million in extra cap space with Granger over Melo
