last time i brought the tech issue up, he had 9,(most blew it off like it's his passion and emotions that get the better of him) that was last week..he's avg one every other game.
It's ridiculous and I'm no longer blaming the refs, this is becoming selfish and stupid. He yelled at the refs 2 more times (THATS A DAMN FOUL) today after he had already pick one up earlier in the ganme.
dude went to the line like 13 times..WTF mann, STFU already and play ball

i agree... the T's are hurting the team... he plays with a ton of emotion & intensity, but he's gotta know where to draw the line... he can't let his passion hurt the team... if he ends up being suspended for games because of this it's really gonna kill our chances of winning games down the stretch.

I remember Dwight Howard, who's also racking up the T's, making a comment that he'd cut it out once he got to 15.
STAT's backing himself into a corner here. Maybe he'll control himself better as he gets closer to the limit, but the refs have been handing out T's like candy this year. It's going to be risky any time he shows some emotion.
Tech's carry over into the post season in regards to suspensions, correct?

You know what... under normal circumstances I would not like the fact that Amare is getting so many T's, but I am OK with it this year. Let him bring the intensity and see if any of his teammates match it. And he is prob gonna miss games, let's see which of the other guys step up.

Are you serious, so you want the rest of his teammates to follow he's lead and start getting techs..
It does nothing for but hurt your team..while the league wants to cut back on the constant complaining, you want to encourage it.
We haven't clinch any playoff spot last time i check

Maybe, but either way it's just not the way to go, there's better ways to go about getting your team to step up.

agreed. this team needs his intensity. guys like gallo and wilson are too used to losing and seem to accept it a little too much. amar'e and ray need to set a tone for the other guys to follow. and they do, usually.

maybe? You actually thought I meant that the rest of Amare's teammates should be getting techs? Or that the overall team intensity should rise?
