I dont expect to see him this season. With that said I'd like to keep him if we miss out on Carmelo.

from Rotoworld:

Dec. 8th:
Kelenna Azubuike is working his way back from knee surgery but doesn't sound close to returning to a prominent role in New York any time soon.
Mike D'Antoni said he has "no pop" and is not scimmaging at an "NBA level," which are clearly not good signs for Azubuike. Yes, we are slightly concerned that he could rain on the parade of Landry Fields eventually, but it doesn't sound like it's happening any time soon.

kinda old report but the most recent one i could find

well I guess that seals it. We rolled the dice on that DLee trade and lost out. neither AR nor Azu can play the NBA game now. Tho Azu might get it next year.

I never considered it a trade, to be honest. Did Lee favor, I suppose (did he get the extra year?), and picked up 3 players, only one worthy of note at this point, but we were going to let Lee go anyway. The 2nd Rnd pick might have some value, though, and Turiaf has been a pleasant surprise.

We didn't roll any dice on this one, IMO.

Azu is a FA after this year... he was a gamble that we lost out on... AR was a high upside play that didn't pan out either... sucks we only got Turiaf out of that trade... we need to move AR to another team that's willing to give us some value for him so we can milk some kind of equitable return on that trade.
