There's obviously some copyright laws, but I wonder if Google pays him for this video. He'd make a lot with that many hits.

I believe 6 million hits is the magic number to be made a millionaire for origianl content due to advertising. Like you said, I don't know how the copyright laws affect this, but I'll assume that he's a millionaire by now.
