Does anybody now what ever happened to him? Is he still int he league?
NY KNICKS 4 EVER! Will we ever find players like Anthony Mason, Xavier McDaniels, Patrick Ewing again? I hope so.

he's not. He got bought out by the Bucks and nobody offered him a deal.

I think signing him or Oakley makes a lot of sense if Isiah can pull off a two for one type deal that gets us a more athletic player up front. I doubt Rahim or Jamison are really available for a Kurt/Mutombo type package but if one opens up you can always just add a guy like Mason or Oakley to give you some depth.

I like that idea, too. We really need more frontcourt depth, especially if we are to make a serious playoff run.

I didn't follow Mase last year or 2. Did his skills decline, or did his head get in the way? I loved his game, and if he's got close to what he had in his prime, we should go get him. Loved Oak too, but his skills clearly did decline. Don't think he could offer much at this point.

Mase in manhattan would be a mess, he still likes picking up young chicks and fighting in the street, he's better off where he is .

why did we bother signing him to a 10 day contract if were not going to play him? at least give him 3-5mins and see how he and the team flow.(sundov)
