So my friend follows Turiaf on twitter and saw he was in the area, near DC Comics in Time Square. He tweets at him that he should come over - and Ronny says "tell me the address and i'm there!"

They just called me at the end of his tour. I told Ronny "good luck with the season" and "great game last night" but I was kind of too nervous to say anything meaningful. He's a really friendly and awesome dude though. He complimented one of my other friends at DC about his beard. Crazy stuff. (I took out my friends twitter address for his privacy, etc)

that's awesome. Ronny is my favorite Knick. I know there are others more important to the statistical success of the team, but whatever. I've been to a bunch of games this season and he was the one interacting with the crowd and pumping everyone up. Frequently. All the stuff he does during TV timeout is huge and I'm a big fan of his charisma and pleasant demeanor

The guy has been a breath of fresh air.

I know that some around here may feel differently, but I'd like to see him stick around here next year (he has the option), not only because of this kind of thing (which helps the franchise within the community), but because he is a decent player and an even better teammate.

I totally want Ronnie T to be on this team for the next few years. He is a big reason why this team has a completely different attitude this year.
TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

right, which is why i don't get all the bitching about Anthony Randolph's playing time. someone has to lead the team in sad faces:

Jack Sprat could eat no fat
His wife could eat no lean
And so betwixt the two of them
They licked the platter clean

our bench leads the league in nursery rhymes

it's sad that Curry won't even show his face on the Knicks' bench.
