It would be nice if the Knicks had their own D-league affiliate (Do they?) to give guys like this a look down there.

Have them run the same system MDA does so if someone gets injured and we're desperate for bench help (if MDA ever plays his bench let's avoid that convo) and need to call someone up they can fit right in.

I agree. There are a lot of good guys in that league and the Knicks have some guys that need to get some run. It would be great if Rautins was down there. He needs to learn and improve a lot before I think his game translates to the NBA.

I know people are saying that NYC is no longer a basketball mecca, but I'll bet there are lots of street ballers out there who would love to get a shot among others, and there are enough scouts around locally to find them. Having a pipeline for local talent would be great. They have summer leagues in the city where some pro-players are involved, this would just be taking it to another level.
