Joe Alexander has been lighting it up the past two games in the d-league. Their website has short videos of games and he looks very good. Sean Williams is on the same team and also has been playing great. Williams had 22pts, 22 rebs and 5 blocks tonight. Alexander had 31 and 15. If Alexander is able to translate what he is doing in the dl he is a steal. The Knicks might have enough leadership and character in the locker room to take on a guy like Sean Williams. Williams was in the rookie challenge in 07. I think it would be great if either of these guys was given a shot.

i would love to give Sean Williams a shot, but i have my doubts whether he'd see any playing time on this team... if someone like AR who is more talented than Sean Will can't get minutes, it's not likely Sean Will could... he's not exactly the MDA style of player.

How ironic (and strange) would it be if we had Gallo, Randolph, and Alexander- 3 lottery picks from that draft- each of whom had supporters around here- on the Knicks.

Joe Alexander doesn't really fit a specific need on the Knicks; Ostensibly he looks like he could be a nice athletic finisher on a team like Phoenix.

Sean Williams... Hmm... I'd imagine the Knicks could use MORE shot blocking - but more important than that, they could use a big-man defender that plays man-to-man D and not make knucklehead moves on offense.
