We should be mighty thankful that we got Williams. With all the (deserved) Fields hoopla, I'm afraid we haven't seen how much Williams has helped. Look at his numbers this month (his only real playing time):

6pts on 58% FG, 68% 3pt, 2rebs, the occasional block(s) and steal. He is averaging 15 minutes, but more like 20 per game if you take out those 3 app. 5 min games.
Note - He takes almost exactly the same number of 2pt. and 3pt. shots.

It doesn't seem like much but he is playing very effectively. He seems like he has a very good BBIQ as well. He moves the ball and hit's his shots.
To have a guy that is deadly from 3pt range (still!) is invaluable to stat. BTW guys - he still hasn't come down to earth with his 3pt shooting. He only had that short minimal minute played stretch where he was off. He is also playing ok defense, his length clearly has bothered opponents at times.

We are really clicking with this lineup. We just need a backup Center and backup PG (Hopefully Douglas is getting better with his injury and in a way his hounding defense is almost worth not having a backup pg IF he can settle down.) I do hope Mos comes around at some point this year.
