I don't know about the health stuff but in terms of what he has done to change the organization--he deserves 3 more years even if he doesnt finish them out.

i think Allan Houston is being groomed to take over & Walsh's health is still a concern... i doubt if Donnie even knows if he'll be able to work beyond his current commitment at this point.
