Eddy Curry's expiring salary for this year is 11,276,863.

My question is what will the Knicks do with his contract.

Do they try to send it to a team looking to save some money in exchange for a big named player or perhaps a number of smaller pieces?

Do they let his contract expire and try to sign a number of small deals with free agents? If so, who?

With the relatively unimpressive class of free agents during this offseason, I would be shocked if Eddy Curry is still a Knick after the February trade deadline.

That being said, what do we get with Curry's 11 million? What teams are so strapped for cash that they'll make a giant salary dump trade with the Knicks? Which of those teams has any players that fit the team's current needs?

i think mike shockingly unveils him after the deadline and he, moz and ar anchor a hack-a-shaq frontline rotation to take on howard, shaq/big baby, boozer/noah, haslem/dampier/anthony et al and on to gasol/bynum/odom or duncan/blair in the finals.

Unfortunately we need to hang onto him for a little longer -- that contract could be included in a trade, possibly one for Melo..That's all it boils down to with this dude..If that wasn't an issue he would've been bought out or released outright weeks ago.

So you've already opened up some bottles and sampled some of the holiday liquor you'll be drinking in a couple of days.

I thought Noah was a good free throw shooter. Wrong?

Last I checked, the only way Curry smacked people around was with his offensive fouls. I do remember him playing good against Dwight Howard for one or two games though.

He does what he does to NBA defenders. Runs over them. Offensive foul. Kinda like what Bip does whenever he has the ball.

Turn him into Dalembert?

He was good at being from Chicago, which is why Isiah gave him that contract.

He was good at being uninsurable due to heart issues, and good at having no-one but us interested in him, which is also part of why Isiah gave him that contract

Dude, he will never be able to eat as many hot dogs as Kobayashi - however he may go crazy like him when he finds out the Mc Rib is back.
