Forget Varejao, dalembert, Thompson. Serge Ibaka is the absolute perfect Center for this team. Big, bangs, blocks, rebounds like a maniac and can shoot the occasional midrange.

I would trade AR, TD a first, cash, whatever just to get him.

I know this doesn't go with the plan, but I would pick up an albatross contract to get him. Don't know if OKC even have any big crap deals, but that my idea. I would really chase him. He would be absolutely perfect with Amare.

i mentioned this a while ago but i still think this guy would be a nice pick late in the 1st round or early 2nd... if we can nab an extra late pick i'd like to take a flyer on him... i think he'd make a nice backup C/PF someday... we ain't getting jack squat from Turd & i've had enough of watching skinny fishlips Jefferies sucking profusely on the floor on a nightly basis.

Pretty sure he's part of that core for a long time. Probably their 3rd most important piece. So no chance.

Best way to get players like this is through the draft. Any sane GM would never trade guys like these. They are just too valuable in relation to what you could get in a trade.

for every 1 serge ibaka there are 100 yinka dare's...

guys like him don't usually develop but he's just about there. i doubt okc let's him go for anything.
