Did not look too serious, but I still would have liked to have seen some kind of post-up moves by both guys.

We talking about practice. Mozgov can practice all he wants but MDA has made up his mind. There is no way in Hell Mozgov gets off the pine until its a blow out situation. Sad but true Amare will have to play long minutes its a given.

lol..even without noticing your post 1st, I was looking at the kid getting his shots up..

This needs a good ole allan iverson quote.. PRactice PRACTICE!!!

There's no energy, any one of us could take a mid range shot with no one really guarding us..ironically that same approach carries over to the game, and I see gallo defend jump shot the same exact way, no real effort.

nothing impressive in that video. allanfan was going harder than that against DJ when we played at the knicks facility a few years back.

This lax shooting exibition is NOT one on one. I would never let my opponent set up and shoot foul shots until he missed. Play lax in practice and it will carry over to your regular game
