![]() FistOfOakley wrote:i'm not for giving mozgov burn. he is horrible and doesn't exactly have much of a track record. Mos isn't ready to get major minutes but when he played defense he totally changed the other teams approach as he usually gets a block and alters many shots. It's when catching the ball that he gets nervous. Mos should play some time at center to save Amares Knees. To say Mos shouldn't play 10 minutes a game when Amare is running around as much as he is is just silly and sounds like the coach going just for wins. Pay now or pay later. AR should also see time. ![]() D'Antoni is treating this team like a rental car. I'm wondering when Walsh is going to tell him to stop running this team into the ground when there is so much of the season still left.

![]() It's not Coach Mike. Look, there's no one to back these guys up. And his job is to win. He's doing his job. It's on the GM to get guys that can ball.
Don't tell me AR can ball. He can't. Just because he got time on a bum Warriors squad doesn't mean he has any place on a winning club. That's what Coach Mike runs, winning clubs. Don't give me this garbage. His job is on the line, it's his last year. If Coach Mike plays the bums like AR and Moz more and loses more games, you know what you guys would be saying? "Oh, Coach Mike sucks!!! He can't win with this roster!!". Please. Get out of town, quickly, don't even pack your bags on a tractor. WE AIN'T NOWHERE WITH THIS BUM CHOKER IN CARMELO. GIVE ME STARKS'S 2-21 ANY DAY OVER THIS LACKLUSTER CLUSTEREFF.

![]() Those clips might show what Randolph was doing in previous seasons, but this season he has been terrible in the minutes he has gotten. I wouldn't play him in any winnable games, but with the schedule as it is, there should be some blowouts where he can be inserted and show whether he can play on a D'Antoni team.

![]() If D'Antoni wants to play his uptempo style, he needs a 10-man rotation.
Don't care who they are, but ten guys have to hit the floor each night. Especially on back-to-backs. You need to learn to trust Pringles! Hopefully, they learn from their mistakes. It Is Solved By Walking

![]() CrushAlot wrote:Thats the guy I thought the Knicks were getting. There are so many videos of him just showing incredible athleticism it is unbelievable that he can't get some run. Come on Mike give the boy a chance and save your glare and shout for Toney and Gallo when they f'up There have been times when I expected to see some of the athleticism Randolph is noted for, but for us he has been a pretty pedestrian player so far. I've been amazed at how many times he's put up weak shots and not finished well. I have to think that his ankle issue was more serious than any of us expected. Turiaf is the only GS player to give use anything this year, and he's also been slowed down by injury. These 3 guys were the players who should have been providing us with significant depth. Their failure to do so has been a major issue for MDA and our rotation. No man is happy without a delusion of some kind. Delusions are as necessary to our happiness as realities- C.N. Bovee

![]() Posted this on an earlier thread about the same topic.
I swear I remember when we signed Amare, MDA talked about how he had to limit his minutes since he was a 5 year, $100m investment. And the year sorta started out that way, but has been down since. Coaches job is to win, but coaches job is also to get to the play offs and win there. Sometimes, you have to sacrifice short term for longer term benefit. |

![]() Its not the season average as much as it hurts to go 40 mins in a night in back to backs or 3 games in 4 or 5 days. We have to be careful about bunching together serious mintues b/c what results are flat, tired efforts. The Cavs game would've been the perfect game to go 10 deep and open up the bench a bit.
