Why are we not getting the calls. It seems that the refs are making bad calls on us and it's not my imagination.

In the last 2 game we've been getting some bad calls or not calls at all. Amear got fouled a few time in this game and the refs didn't call it. Paul Pierce seem to get every call. Is it my imagination? How do you see it.

You're right, Papabear. It's terrible. The refs are trying to take our life away. I don't know why they would do something like this. We might need some more wins before they consider us one of the elite, one of the teams they give a bunch of breaks to.

I get the feeling that the longer we play good ball that there will be a growing respect for our young players. Right now deep in the mind of refs they still see us as the bad, losing, Knicks.

Their is growing respect for Amare. Team looks totally different when he sits.

it's gonna take a while to develop that respect & get the calls from the refs... just gotta keep playing tough like they did tonight.

I tell you what. If the Knicks just get a fair call on their games, about 3-4 of them are very different endings.

I don't think I have even seen a game this year where I would say that the Knicks got a majority of calls.

i agree. the knicks have got jobbed the last two games by the refs. and there was one earlier game that killed me... they're able to overcome it sometimes, but not against the ****ing celtics.

amar'e doesn't get a lot of calls and neither does felton.

the clippers game comes to mind where we got some calls and that wasn't really overwhelming. every other one was either good officiating or really bad.

i thought this game was bad on both sides but fairly even. celts got the calls late though which kind of skews perspective a bit. the game got very physical, almost playoff level so our drives to the basket led to no calls. we weren't that physical back and couldn't take advantage.

refs kept them in the game with two bad calls.. one being on felton guarding pierce in the post.. the other when ray allen just grabbed feltons arm on a layup.. came down and drained a three..

Yeah, that second one was a killer, both point-wise and momentum-wise.

I believe that the refs were treating this game like the National Wrestling Asso. The winner was planned from the begining of the game.
