That would be a real nice addition--almost perfect for our team.

That would be great but who would Minny want in return? I guess it could be a salary dump and give them Azabuike but that would affect our cap for the summer.

Did you hear this somewhere or just an idea?

He would fit nicely and was actually looking better than Felton when they played head to head this year. (Preseason? I forget)

But, who would we give up for him as he is making 4 million!?!?

You get some better discussion if people know what you are talking about.

Luke Ridnour, Timberwolves: At $12 million over the next three years, Ridnour won’t break the bank and his play-making abilities could be appealing to a team looking for point-guard depth. The Knicks, underwhelmed by Toney Douglas as Raymond Felton’s backup, are interested.

Interesting, but no thanks. Get me Maynor.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

I'd rather go after another big man. Just someone to protect STAT at least.

Why a future pick? I think they just want to dump the salary.

I've always liked him. He would be an outstanding backup PG.

Walker and Azu for Flynn would be better. Flynn is completely misplaced in that triangle offense.

Acquiring Ridnour would be a very smart move for this team. He'd give Felton a rest and still be able to orchestrate the offense and hit open shots.

I approve....unless they are willing to part with the rights to Rubio.

I agree with you, but I think having the big body is more essential. At least Toney Douglas plays his heart out, especially on the defensive end. His decision making is awful, but for NOW I can live with it, so long as he's producing on the defensive end.

The more Amar'e has to guard bigger skilled players, the more he's going to get in foul trouble, the more our defense will suffer and the more reliant we will be on our offense to bail us out.

Douglas started great before he got hurt. Lets see him get healthy. Ridnour doesnt strike me as a good backup. He does some things well but he's not really an energy guy

I think Douglas' shooting is off because of the injury but I'm not sure he really ever saw the floor well. Maybe his neck is a bit stiff and he's seeing it worse, but it seems more about his abilities than the injury, regarding his PG play.

I like Ridnour a lot. I think he would be a nice fit. He is a good player with a tradeable contract if the Knicks needed to move him.

TD is as good defensively as Ridnour is offensively. Right now TD is as limited offensively as Ridnour is defensively.

BUT, TD is still growing his game and costs a lot less.

Hard to tell... you might be right, but a cheap Walker for a relatively expensive Flynn who doesn't fit in that offense... I'd like to know what the cost would be if I was Walsh.
