The Knicks are now allowing you to vote who will represent each decade at Knicks Legends Night.

It's pretty cool that we acknowledging our history like this. Another reason why I love Walsh.

As much as I love Allan, we need to vote for Sprewell. This guy was my favorite player of the 2000's. I haven't seen this guy in years. Him showing up to the Garden for a reunion with the Knicks and Dolan would be epic. Unfortunately I think they will fix this for Allan to win anyway.

Spree burned his bridges on his way out of town. Dude cursed out Dolan on the court in a Timberwolves uni.

His on court play was one thing. His annual drama on his way to camp got old.

I too agree Allan gets the nod. LJ is also a fan favorite.

I would have done the same. Dolan is a douchebag.

they won it already in a rpevious ballot:

A halftime ceremony on Feb. 23 will honor a Legend from each decade. In 2009, the original class of Legends were selected and included the following players: Carl Braun (1940's), Richie Guerin (1950's), Willis Reed (1960's), Walt Frazier (1970's) Bernard King (1980's) and Patrick Ewing (1990's). The inaugural member of the class of 2000's will be unveiled and the franchise will also present the third annual Dick McGuire Knickerbocker Legacy Award to the individual who exudes the qualities of what it means to be a Knickerbocker: Pride, Tradition & Class. Previous winners were Dick McGuire (2009) and Cal Ramsey (2010).

LJ belongs in the 90's.

2000's are tough. Not much to be proud of.

Houston had probably the most impact, even though Spree was my favorite. Kurt Thomas was around the longest.

I think the award should go to the anonymous fan who had to suffer through the decade of misery and still stuck around.

A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

The 2ks have been nothing short of a nightmare. houston played 2 and 1/2 years in the 2ks, surely you couldn't base it on that..curry had the longest stint in the 2k's, how the hell can you pick him..

I guess that leaves David Lee

That might be true, but one douchebag was the player and the other owns the team.

Spree actions was a reason he was traded. It was not unreasonable. he might have been a fan favorite but his actiions did ultimatly disrupt the team. Him cursing out Dolan, regardless of Dolan was very uncool.

I realize you're a fan of Dolan in some way but Sprewell was the best player on the team when he was here. He deserves to be voted in.
