Big showcase today. You have the drama and the potatoes. Will Melo come out with something to prove as he plays against the team he would give his firstborn child to play for? How will Gallo respond to the trade rumors in this rematch of last years Facing the Dragon game, when he dropped so many buckets going back and forth with superstar Melo?

Predictions:
Knicks win by 7, Gallinari scorches the nets for a season high 33 points with 6 tray buckets. Melo underperforms as Gallo and Chandler come out swinging to prove they should stay with us, scores 25 on 35% shooting.

Amar'e scores 30 with 11 boards, Felton drops 14 dimes to make up for that last game where he was kind of wack.

Really hate these early Sunday games. The Knicks will be pumped for this game and I think they want this one bad. They know that people are saying that their streak is tainted by beating losing teams and they want to get that respect. They simply MUST step up on D. I also expect Mike to look to use the bench more in this game. It sounds counter intuitive but I think we need our stars to be fresher in the 4th qtr. Just a little more rest should help.

Hmm, looking at their roster I'm going to guess that Afflalo has his biggest game of the season. We could have a problem getting a win today as Al Harrington will be looking for vengence, and we all know he's capable of those types of games where he plays way better than he actually is. Also Melo will be looking to have a huge game too. I'm curious to see how Gallo does- will he hold back in the hope Denver will lose interest in trading for him?

Unfortunately I'm predicting a loss today, but I hope I'm wrong!

Ha- I was hoping he'd had his occasional big game recently- we might be okay then!

He dropped 31 on the Raptors. It was Denver's last game before today. The four games before that he was dropping 6 per game.
