Looks nice.
Good investment at right time. He should make a bunch of money in next real estate boom.
With his cash I would by a lot of those and rent to other sport stars who are sinking in debt.

The 4th pic from the bottom? I don't think it's that bad. The view overall still looks awesome.

I was just down there on South Beach for a Music Conference and it is a beautiful place. The weather was unbelievable and that water... It's a tough place to compete with as a residence. That house tho is a bit over the top. Even if I had that much money I doubt i'd want that much house. I've got a pretty big house as it is and his looks like a hotel. There's only so much you can do with a house that big and then you end up with large parts of it going unused. That's just me. It's beautiful tho.

Maybe it says I wish my nearest laundromat wasn't 5 blocks away and that it looks like my apartment could fit in there twice.

I never understood the purpose of putting a movie theater in your house. Kind of lame, IMO.
