starting with Denver on Sunday. The Knicks have the best player in the game. Knicks management doesn't even realize how good we are--no one can believe it can change this fast. But add an MVP and an all star PG with nice unselfish diverse skilled pieces in between and you the makings of a great team. I predict a winning % above 65

If we wont make a move to help the bench--I really do hope Mike D finds some time against Wash to put both Mosgov and Ar into the post for some minutes. He's got to relax and just point out to AR to just make simple plays--keep it simple and in the post. We need fishmike out at Greenburgh firing basketballs at Mosgov at 100 MPH with the goal of 100/100 catches.

They say he (Moz) makes the catches in practice. Not sure why playing in NYC is more nerve wracking than playing in Moscow.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

They said they showed Moz some film of him that showed he was turning his head just before the ball actually hit his hands. So they want him to slow down and see the ball into his hands and then turn to make his move. He doesn't have to rush, but in the heat of the game things are going so fast.

I think eventually Moz will adjust to the speed of the game and will be just fine. I think the same is true for AR. This is so early in the season and we need to just relax and let things play out.

I also believe that we're a match for some of the better teams in the league. I think we showed that early on in the close losses back when we hadn't developed the chemistry. Those good teams have been together longer and or just have a ton of talent like Miami. We put a whole new roster together and so it's not strange that the coach and players needed time to learn each other. Now I think this team is not as strong as it needs to be on D, but we should be competitive non the less.

Mozgov had no problems catching in the FIBA World Championships. Looked like he had glue on his hands. He's an NBA rookie who also has to overcome a language and culture barrier. Few foreign players (who started their pro careers in foreign lands) contribute in a big way from day 1.

He'll be fine. He needs to work on his rebounding more than his receiving skills.

I just watched the Celts beat the Sixers by 1 on an alleyoop pass on an inbounds play! I don't think we're gonna be outclassed against the elite teams in the league. Stuff I saw in that game proved to me that we would've beaten the C's on a night like this. They weren't anything special and the Sixers failed to drive a steak thru their hearts on several occasions. They aren't good enough to get it done. We're nothing like the Sixers on offense. The C's and other top teams, will have to fight hard to deal with our offensive attack and our D is not as bad as it seems. When we need to we can step up the defense. We have a ton more shotblocking and good length and athletic ability.

In the middle of the game we tend to relax on the intensity of our D, but we tend to pick up that intensity later in the game.

I cant wait until we FU some of these so-called elite teams
