--it's a lateral move for the denver nuggets, plus stability, they replace a small forward who wants out, with a small forward that has four years left on contract. since both have similar playstyles it wont be much of an adjustment for coach. the nuggets dont lose ground, and add some options in rotation since iggy can play the sg too (which he is presently doing for philly).

--for new york it arguebly puts the knicks in title contention. plus we get lala. melo is a player that will fit into dantoni's system with no adjustments needed.

--for the sixers it frees them to build around a name other then iggy. they will not build the team around wilson, but he will be an attractive piece in recruitment, since all in the league know, wilson got game.

none of the key players mentioned are so drastically different in talent that it throws the trade off.

No! Chandler is one of our best defensive players and a season from being an allstar. Let's wait till the end of the season and get Mello with out giving up anything. Mello wants to come here. The longer Denver waits the weaker their stance will be in what they will get back. No team will gut their roster for a rental for a half season.
