In light of our recent lost is it time for us as knick fans to panic ? I didnt get to watch all but the last five minutes of the game but what i saw wasn't inspiring. Question where was Allan ?
Please could someone shed some light on this game for me tell me how we looked and what the problem was. Also u might be able to tell me if we do indeed have cause for panic

Though this was definetly an inexcusable performance, i did get a few positive things out of this. First off, many good teams are starting the season poorly such as Toronto, Philly, and Miami, so we're not the only ones. Secondly, new player Anderson and Weatherspoon are really starting to establish themselves on this team. Lastly, i think we can all agree that this team would be 3-0 with Marcus Camby so once we get him back healthy, we have nothing to worry about anymore.

A couple of things the Bulls game established - or brought to the forefront - AH is a wimp - how could he get shut down against the Bulls and only score 5 points?! For the entire game?!

Do not trade Spree - this guy was injured and still scored 17. One thing is certain - we need a true SF on the Knicks. We have NONE. Spree at 6'5" is undersized and taken advantage of tremendously on a regular basis. The bull's Tyson Chandler simply abused him.

We need some type of post presence. Our front court guys need to hit the weights and bulk up. Kurt Thomas, Othella Harrington, you listenin'?!

AH has all the excuses in the world - he was locked up by all-world defensive specialist Fred Hoiberg. Freddy. Known for his defense.

How could I forget, Freddy "I own the Knicks" Hoiberg, aka, the Mayor.

Allan Houston is a disgrace to NY, and the Knicks. Somewhere, a man known as P-Ew (#33) is laughing his *** off, and loungin' with his new best buddies, Grant Hill and McGrady.

And the OakMan is driving around Chi-Town in his Caddy-Lac collecting gambling debts from all his buddies who bet their cash on the Knicks to win the game versus the Horri-Bulls this past weekend...

How does a $100 mill man get more turnovers than points?? My advice to Layden is this: Trade Houston, even if it is for another overpaid player!

That's funny. Knick positives through association by other teams' similar poor starts.

IMHO, I think that these two players are the only bright spot for the Knicks in this young season. Anderson seems to be in all the passing lanes, strips the ball constantly, and goes to the hole without hestitation. I think he may be the Allan Houston's Bazaroo-world evil twin brother.

And Spoon. If only he could play the 3-spot instead of an undersized power forward. He guy can rebound and post up.

These guys are great role players. If only the Knicks had "regular" sized starters, the bench would fill in nicely.

At this point I would settle for a semi-high draft pick and a semi-mobile big man in return for AH. The guy stinks. And so does his contract.

For those who catch the game, do you ever notice that Houston always does the lookaway pass when he passes the ball? Even when it's not necessary. Always the lookaway.
