Channing Frye(notes) started in Lopez’s place against the Nuggets on Monday night and Phoenix is also expected to sign Earl Barron(notes) to a non-guaranteed contract. Given Phoenix’s complete lack of depth in the middle with Lopez down, Barron could make an interesting deep league speculative pickup.
