are very winnable

we have a Denver team who plays on a back to back and lost tonight

we play Sacramento who has been lousy Lac worse and GS without Lee--then Charlotte B-B and they been been porous.

i would think the knicks can take advantage here--clarly we have more talent than some of these teams if not all so if we do not do 4-2 i would take that as failure. if we do 2-4 or worse--than we can pretty much lock it up that we wont win 30 games this year unless there is change.

i thought they would go 3-1 starting with the minn game (hou, den, sac). they havent won a game in that set yet. this team may shock us, or continue to fail... i no longer try and guess, its not worth the stress.

GO TEAM VENTURE!!!!!

Golden State and the Bucks were going to be tough no matter what, but other than that, we should have had Philly, Minny and Houston. No excuses for this 5 game losing streak. We should have gone 3-2 at WORST.

Yep, they are, but since when does that mean these jokers will actually win any of them? Your assesments of those teams are right on the money, but probably come tonight we'll watch Melo tear us a new one, probably Al Harrington too. Maybe Sheldon Williams will grab a career high in rebounds etc etc

I have no opinion regarding who we will and won't beat. Just as last year, we play good teams well and crappy teams below crappy. I do hope Amare keeps bitching publicly cause there is no voice on the team (regardless if Amare is to blame as well.

With our inconsistency you can't predict anything regarding this team. That said, I do hope we win of course.

The next 6 are very lose-able due to the roar of the home crowd, and the indecision of Mike D'Antoni

With a team as young as the new Knicks, surviving the inevitable scoring bursts is a problem. the crowd in Minnesota was dormant until the third quarter. Then they woke up. Once Love started channeling Wilt, it was over.

even at home, when your own crowd starts booing it can be a slap in the face that requires poise and confidence. During this recent stretch, our guys lack both and that is a reflection of poor leadership

Scoring in bunches is as predictable as rain

who are the guys who can be trusted to maintain his poise and not panic?

Panic Room BBC Shift Du Jour

G Fields, cool as Allan Houston
G Randolph, it's cool to run three guards when one is 6"11
G Gallo, for extra ball handling
F Turiaf, cool accent
C Mozgov, cool last name

I would agree that if we are about to go on one of these road trips in this losing situation, this is about the best schedule we could ask for. Even after the road trip, the games are very winnable. If we are any type of team, there is no reason we can't be a .500 team and win 5 out of the 7 games or so.

Now I know you've lost it Earl. Amare to the bench, eh? Randolph as a guard. Where is your scoring coming from here?
I'll just have to assume you're being dramatic.
