We need a post game. I haven't seen enough of Mosgov in the paint offensively to really gauge where he is (D'Antoni keeps him on a short leash) but I do believe that a post game could help Amare and give the shooters better looks. Teach the kid some pivot moves.

There was one thread way back in 2003 introducing myself to everyone else on the board... that was immediately followed by a rant I had about the fact that the Knicks were being transformed into the Utah Jazz of the east. Perennial playoff losers, with players like Howard Eisley, Shandon Anderson and Michael Doleac. You see instead of targeting the draft, the Knicks of that era decided to sign more players and build a team that way. This kept the garden hopeful... well, hopeful even though we weren't headed for a championship. Not much has changed.

Wow I guess your right all my threads are "I told you so" threads. It will remain that way until the Knicks stop trying to build a championship team with free agency and bad trade after bad trade. The knicks should target the draft and build their foundation there, only then can they supplement their players with free agency. This is how 95% of championship teams do it.

That's all well and good, but maybe next time a poll that makes some sense? Choices 1 and 2 overlap a little bit and choices 3 and 4 overlap and there's nothing in between the two extremes. So, I think most of us took the poll as a joke, because it doesn't make any sense. This is possibly the worst poll I've seen on this board and there have been some bad ones.

i think people that take a browbeating anytime they doubt the decisions this franchise makes should be allowed to crow a little when they get something right... especially when you have guys around here bumping up threads from years back whenever a prospect they touted turns in a good game... i argued back & forth with subzero about Lebron coming to NY after we traded Zach & Jamal, but he got it right... nothing wrong with acknowledging someone when they're right.

i think i've progressed past the point of being gloomy anytime i see this team lose games... it's verging on apathy... that's pretty scary that it's come to this for a team that i've loved for most of my life.
