Opponents FG% and our 3pt% in Games This season

Nuggets 48.8%fg/29.6%fg(3pt)/(9-31)=LOSS

Rockets 45%fg/18.8%fg(3pt)/3-16)=LOSS
Wolves 43.6%fg/37.6%fg(3pt)/(11-29)=LOSS

GSW 52.8%fg/22.6%fg(3pt)/(7-31)=LOSS
Bucks 51.3%fg/26.3%fg(3pt)/(5-19)=LOSS

Philly 47.4%fg/15.8%fg(3pt)/(3-19)=LOSS
Wash 45.3%fg/41.4%fg(3pt)/(12-29)=WIN

Bulls 51.9%fg/66.7%fg(3pt)/(16-24)=WIN
Blazers 48.7%fg/25.8%fg(3pt)/(7-28)=LOSS

Celts 48.4%fg/33.3%fg(3pt)/(9-27)=LOSS
Raps 38.3%fg/29.2%fg(3pt)/(7-24)=WIN


The trend is very apparent and has begun(probably was the same as last year too). These 2 stats have a direct correlation what the results will reveal in terms of Wins and Losses. We either need to play way better defense or dramatically alter the system to stunt 3pt play. We're not even a good 3pt shooting team and this supposedly is our calling card.

Check the quantity of threes we shot in each game:

Opponents FG% and our 3pt% in Games This season

GSW 52.8%fg/22.6%fg(3pt)=LOSS       (7-31)
Bucks 51.3%fg/26.3%fg(3pt)=LOSS     (5-19)
Philly 47.4%fg/15.8%fg(3pt)=LOSS    (3-19)
Wash 45.3%fg/41.4%fg(3pt)=WIN       (12-29)
Bulls 51.9%fg/66.7%fg(3pt)=WIN      (16-24)
Blazers 48.7%fg/25.8%fg(3pt)=LOSS   (7-28)
Celts 48.4%fg/33.3%fg(3pt)=LOSS     (9-27)
Raps 38.3%fg/29.2%fg(3pt)=WIN       (7-24)

While most teams shoot between 12-16 threes, we always seem to be closer to 30. Since we practically have no great three point shooter, this fact singles out a really bad strategy that won't get us closer to our 4th win any time soon. Even the T-Wolves could beat this team since the nicks are the ones that beat themselves.
