If we can got Bogut in foul trouble this is an easy win for us. We dont really have someone to match up with with him. I think Jennings is a non factor and you will see a lot of Douglas/Felton together because Jennnings/Salmons will have major problems dealing with that combo
Yeah, but what are the odds that Jennings and Salmons are magically cured before our eyes and shoot a high percentage just for tonight? That Sixers game has rattled my confidence in this team and their ability to prevent the terrible 'scrub of the game' affliction that we've suffered from the past few years...
Hmm... It's a winnable game, but with the Knicks that doesn't necesserily mean their going to win it! (And that kind of inconsistancy goes way back to even when we were good! Though i'll be honest, I sometimes like the unpredictability)- hope we pull it off, we need to win as many of these coming games as possible to help cushion the brutal December/Jan stretch.
well the hope is it rattled the Knicks as well. It really is a work on progress but this team plays hard. You always hope the setbacks are one step back and two steps forward. This is where coaching comes in. The players are giving good effort on both ends. They are all doing the little things and the big things you need to do to win. The 76rs got our scrappy guards in foul trouble and made us shoot through a zone and their strategy beat us.
Now its up to MDA and his staff to do their part. Find some plays to break that. Improve the P&R and find a way to keep Jennings out of the paint and hopefully push Bogut off the block.
I'm very happy to talk coaching strategies and player development over who is playing hard or cares
