Having a guy that gets double and tripled team every time up the court hasn't happened since, ok, I want to say Ewing, but really that guy is still on our bench . Don't worry, I won't say his name. The double teams will keep coming, Amare just needs to trust those around him, he should be getting 6 assists per game just on kick outs. If our shooters/scorers just hit a decent percentage of their shots, we are a dangerous playoff team. I say that cause now we can play defense.

Having Amare play under the net is not the best use of his skills, but if it opens up good shooters, then it's not a big tradeoff. The double teams will loosen up if we keep hitting our shots and considering the skill of guys like Gallo and Douglas (and to a lesser extent Fields, Chandler and Felton) have at shooting the ball, we should do ok as the season rolls on.

I am curious to see if Rautins starts knocking down shots too. They should give him 5 minutes a game and 2 or 3 shots. Don't forget Azubaki or whatever his name is too, when he is back.

And if AR gets his act together that will help as well.

Im hoping Buike can shore up the mid range game. They hit some nice mid range shots but I still believe its a weakness in their offense. This team isn't really firing on all cylinders offensively but they aren't having too much trouble scoring.

If they can shore up the mid range game and play more consistent D I may have to revise my forecast for the Knicks this season.

Hey, we still managed to score 50 points in a "bad" "ugly" second half. Which is almost as encouraging as putting up 70 in the first.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

We partly stand corrected: http://www.postingandtoasting.com/2010/11/5/1795696/for-instance-of-the-knicks-16-three-pointers-14-of-them-were-scored

For instance, of the Knicks' 16 three-pointers, 14 of them were scored with Stoudemire (37:21) on the court. All three of his assists were passes out to the perimeter for three-pointers.

Alan Hahn, dropping that science.

That is an incredibly positive statistic, now if Amare can just pass out more...
