knda crazy idea but ......just for ****s and giggles would you rather have melo or see if we can swing a trade for iggy AND jamal crawford.... these 2 players are not paid that much more than just melo himself something along the lines of gallo azu turiaf for craw then curry and chandler for iggy both trades work salry wise AND we keep AR

why would philly do this save tons of money and get the poor mans iggy ( chandler )

why would atlanta do it he wants out and an extension which they wont be able to afford anyway .... what do you think

Iggy has not done much in this league to show me he is THAT much better than Chandler honestly

Melo > Iggy + Crawford. Having more guys doesn't trump having one special guy.

you're right, it was a crazy idea... Melo is a no brainer... unless we have someone like CP3 that can get everyone involved, then we need an elite scorer playing next to Amare if we ever want to be a team that can make noise in the playoffs.

Hell and No come to mind. I like Iggy cause his toughness and slashing make up for this long distance shooting. Outstanding defense.

But Crawford as your starting 2? Need we remind everyone how AWFUL this guy is on defense. And with decision making. And playing within an offense.

There is a reason Donnie got rid of Crawford and Zach, and part of it was to spend money on two-way players and to manage the cap correctly. Those 2 would kill everything he has done in the last 2 years.

A waste of time. Right now, you send in Chandler, and tell him to go HARD.

Haven't gone thru many teams yet, but he looks like he's ready to grab the mantle that everyone wants to place in Gallo's hands.

Could you imagine the state of this team if he had been traded earlier

Yeah, and see if we can dredge up another trade for Tim Thomas and maybe get Keith Van Horn to come out of exile.

The perfect player for us is CP3!!! We have so many athletes and a great finisher in Amare but no one to get these guys the ball in prime position consistently. Not to mention CP3 is more of a scoring threat himself. The problem is there's no way to get him right now. We have to focus on getting Felton to understand his job better.

Would rather have Melo than Iggy I think even though I love Iggy's game I don't think it fits into this team or system very well.

Mainly because he can't create his own shot and every team needs at least 1 guy that can do that.
