Apparently, he's also targeting Stoudemire. When asked by reporters about a billboard of a scowling Stoudemire that the Knicks put in Brooklyn near the site of the Barclays Arena project, Prokhorov said, "To me, Amar'e is very sad. It looks like he wants to play in Brooklyn in a couple of years.'' Told of this, Stoudemire smirked and replied, "Not quite.''

I mean, the league goes balls out on installing these tampering rules, you would think they'd at least give Proky Boy a mild punishment at least, no?

Likely, but he's got watch how he uses his words. If Stern wanted to, he could justify a fine, but he's more likely to give a private warning about alluding to such things regarding players signed to other teams.

I still think the collusion between Wade, LeBron, and Bosh was tampering. Besides their obvious personal agreement, you have to know that Riley sent Wade to gather intel under the guise of testing free-agency. Stuff like this from the Nets owner is nothing compared to the travesty that these guys made of free agency and the league's tampering rules.

We cloned and created Mozgov over the summer. He did not miss him, cuz he did not exist.
