I don't fully understand his condition and statistical probability of his knee being a problem.

I would think a prexisting condition like that would prohibit insurance on his contract for that and since we are running naked on Amare's contract (pun intended) having two of them is a lot to carry.

He is a potential liability but even more so for the HOrnets. He is the face of the franchise.

I don't know, does his condition just take time or has he lost his quickness for good?

My only concern about Paul is the chance of reinjury. That's a medical thing that I don't have a grip on. Other than that, he came in second in mvp voting not to long ago - and many people think he deserved to win that vote. If he's available in the near future, we have to consider that seriously. If he is healthy, he'd be the best player on this team - including Amare. There aren't many opportunities to get a player of this caliber. It's true that his knee is a serious concern. If the doctors sign off on it, we should try to get him should he becomes available.

Paul didnt look much better than Jennings to me though. Jennings dropped 15 and 10.
