I was just watching a episode of Bryant Gumbles show on HBO, Real Sports.
He had a segment on Masscotts, and i was blown away to find out that most, if not all mascotts in professional sports, make six figures a season. The bucks masscott takes home a cool 300k per season (41 home games).
These guys have agents, they have training camps (just like the players), some are forbidden from every revealing there true ID, especially in college. If i understood correctly, college mascotts not only get a full scholarship, they also get paid.. Most of them have two completely different personality's... I'm not sure this is a surprise to anybody, or even news worthy, but i just couldn't believe it when i watched it.
