This is the best news for the Knicks, to me it sounds pretty obvious he plans to wait it out and join the Knicks next summer.

Thats my 8 man rotation right there. Chandler 6th man but plays starter minutes cuz he is so versatile. You can shift our lineup around so much... its crazy.. but this is a eastern conference finals team for sure. LETS GO!

Now this year we can give guys like Gallo/Chandler/Randolph the time and development they need to take that next step so they are READY for the CARMELO arrival next year!!!!! Hopefully we make hte playoffs and get those guys some experience so we are prepared to go to war with the MIAMI FAGS next year!!!! Im hype!!!!

What are the chances of that happening this season? I say pretty high... All 3 have all-star potential.... 1 out of 3? I Like our odds!

You cant resign Chandler (He's RFA) and give Melo max money though. I might be wrong but I think you have to let Azu, Turiaf, Curry and Chandler expire to afford a max guy.
