This should be a good example of why stupid people should be sterilized. This mom sounds dumb enough where she could have taught the kid how to

a) chug a beer
b) drive a car
c) smoke a cigarette

Definitely as disgusted as y'all but don't think it's logical to blame this on Reefer Madness

Kids in these situations have no chance to succeed. Hopefully the next person taking care of her will be a good role model
