Everyone seems to be locked in RashWeed Wallace becoming a Knick pretty soon. Don't get me wrong , Rashweed is a talented player but recently has changed his game to a more SF. THe player i believe would definitely help Marbury and the Knicks would be ElTON BRAND, another NewYork player.

Brand is strictly an Inside player with great rebounding skills. Being so wide, he tortures his opponent with niftly moves around the basket. Deadly post-up player giving you 20 and 10 consistently.

Zeke may not get him before the trading deadline but you never know during the summer. IF the clippers would bite on this trade scenario, it would work capwise. You have been assigned Trade ID number 1423028

brand is the man. my favorite player for a long time(since i first saw him in duke) i hope the knicks have a chance of getting him. we can just hand the knicks the eastern conferce championship to the knicks, if brand comes here.

Sweets could become a brand-like player

As optimistic as I want to be, Mike Sweetney just doesn't have the talent level that Brand has. Plus Brand is an extremely hard worker.

forget it. brand isn't coming. they matched the huge deal the heat offered-so you can forget about it.

ALL of us Knick fans do feel it's unlikely to acquire Brand but we said the same about Marbury.. Look now, Who's now our Starting PG, an all-star. We may not get Brand now but don't be surprise if Zeke is able to pull some strings during the summer or even in the middle of next season. Anything is possible..

Hey you never know next season, the clippers might do a fire sale and informed the whole league that every player is on the trading block. You never know...

Zeke had said the Knicks need a little bit of luck on their side for something like that to occcur.

You have to remember that Wallace has been playing out of position this year, and he's not used to playing as a SF. He plays much better as a PF, the problem with him is that he doesn't try sometimes. When he does play hard though this guy can sometimes put up 30 points and 20 rebounds. I have seen him do it before.
