i remember when we almost had a chance to get cwebb <btw my fav player>. To have a bonafide PF is vital these days in the league. Eventho we have thomas, he puts up decent numbers and boards but we need an athletic pf. i thought we would have one in dice but u can see his career is over. If we can land a deal with clippers and get wilcox, i will have a boner for life. <i'm not gay> Knicks are not known to be a flashy dunking athletic team. But if we get wilcox and let him have 20 min per game, he can give us 10 and 5 easily. 5 fg = 5 dunks. IMAGAINE.....starbury passes to wilcox on a fast break and SLAM!!!!! MSG CROWD CHEERING LIKE CRAZY!!!!!! PLEASE ZEKE!! BRING WILCOX OVER!!!!!!!!!

ok, I'll take you to task new guy, especially with the Wilcox over Thomas imply.

Is Wilcox going to give you low post D? How about the face the basket 15 foot jump shot? Pick and roll? Free throws? Toughness?

I like althetic dunkers and think they fit well with Marbs game, and would LOVE Wilcox on the Knicks, but not at the expense of Thomas.

what is your opinion on wilcox. if given the right amount of minutes..he can be a very helpful, vital player with good stats. i just want a power forward who enjoys dunking. he doesnt have to be a KG type but someone who looks to dunk at every opportunity. pretty much like dice before injury

I haven't seen Wilcox play at all, so I don't know. I would have to say that dunking is the least valuable skill ever, 'cept of course in the Dunk Contest.

I'm aboard with this line of thinking. He would be a perfect fit.

just as perfect as say darius miles... neither of them can hit a jumper, play D or do anything other than dunk when they are directly underneath the hoop.

i watched him at maryland a few times. i liked him too, but while money wise it would not work on a straight up trade, there's no way i would trade kt for wilcox. with that, i do see where your coming from, but there are more players out there w/the same type of skills but better. fizer is one that comes to mind. a player like that would be ideal for his post game, some of what kt has none of. that ofcourse would spread the floor and open up for our jump shooters.
NYK4,if i were you i would think bigger, considering the fact that we now know how zeke thinks.

I think Wilcox's game is coming on. From the times I've seen him play recently, he seems to be developing some moves around the basket. He's averaging 9.3 points and 4.8 rebounds in only 22.4 minutes per game. I think his game is ahead of Miles's.

He would definitely fit the Knicks' fast breaking style.

How is Wilcox small? He plays C for the Clippers at times, he is actually a big PF. I would love to get him, but not for Thomas at this point. We need a pick and roll PF for Steph, like its been mentioned, besides you can't trade a starter for a backup. If we could somehow dump OH and Moochie on them that would be a steal.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Gifted athlete... Very strong upper body... Broad shoulders... Extremely good running the floor... As usual in players of this kind, needs to develop an offensive game.

I have always been a wilcox fan, he is a great athelete, I have seen him play a bit with the clippers and he is making great strides, he is the type of athletic forward we need, could take othella minutes for sure..
Anyone who sits around and waits for the lottery to better themselves, either in real life or in sports, Is a Loser............... TKF

ESPN.com has him at 6'10" 229 lbs. He will probably still put on some muscle weight.
