DJ is likley in a self imposed exile as many usually do when disgusted. Its usually done with some self proclaimed nonsense about "can't take the losing ways and nonsensical nature of our management" and then they come back with "I can't wait until the season starts!".
DJ is an elder here. Sort higher plane poster who needs fewer words than he did with his "live from section....." on site reporting. They were epic. No, DJ is fine, maybe in a better place than we. fewer posts, more impact. Thats just being cool. But you may find him on "ultimateRaptor.com" doing what we all do. DJ is where the "wild things are"! We miss you so.......... |

Back at the start of free agency, when it looked like Bosh wasn't returning to Toronto, DJ suddenly announced that the whole process had alientated him as a basketball fan, and he wasn't really a fan any more and was just going to get the cheapest Raptor games viewing package and depart from these boards, I think. Basically I think he believes his team is going to suck, much like the Knicks did when he abandoned them for the then up and coming Raptors. As knicks fans we've managed to get through the past 10 years because of the history of the team before that, and the hope that we'll return to the glory days. Unfortunately Raptor fans don't have that history to look back to, at least not to the same degree, so I understand the despondancy! He should never have abandoned the Knicks, but you never know maybe the Raptors bounce back a lot quicker than people think.
