Seriously... this thing is for real no matter what anyone says.

I slept 3 hours last night...broken... Right now I'm literally jacked up right now. Mind racing. This sucks.

Huh? what r/u a werewolf or something. Just get yourself some decent curtains or blinds for your windows or, am I missing something.

Was is because more people were out and about in your neighborhood. If so, than I can understand that and feel for you.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

Full moon definitely has an effect. I used to also experience this and many others do. It really is due to the blockage of the subtle energy in your body.

What to do:
1. Drink half cup of hot milk before bed. (no chocolate, no caffeine)
2. Take a lukewarm to cool shower. - If you wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep; or if you just can't sleep and are tossing and turning.
3. Do some stretching or yoga asanas (Yoga postures/exercises).

Long-term - start doing Transcendental Meditation - it enlivens consciousness and creativity, keeps one cool and calm, and purifies the body and allows the energy to flow unobstructed. Also helps athletic performance.

Yeah, I feel it too. The best way to fall asleep is do or read something incredibly boring, until you get tired. Or, turn off any source of picture or noise, such as the tv, computer, etc... except for maybe a fan, A/C and alarm clock. Close your eyes, make sure you have complete darkness -- if not, cover any sources of light, such as pinning a towel over curtains at night, if you have a street light that lets light in. Then, close your eyes. Counting sheep doesn't seem to work for me, but I read once that the best way to fall asleep is to imagine you're just waking up in the morning, exhausted. Go through the motions in your mind running through how that morning will go. That's been successful in the past for putting me to sleep.

Also, a warm cup of any of Chamomile, Valerian, Catnip (yes, the same your cats enjoy) or Mint tea is quite calming and may help you sleep.

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

That is why people were called "lunatics". "Lune" is French/Latin for moon. People in asylums would get very aggitated during Full moons.

Do some Joga and meditation. Full moon is the best time to connect to Devine energy.
I feel like born again today. Soooo cool!!!

Does the Joga and meditation come before, or after the vodka?

No. Vodka is traditional Russian Jogo-meditation replacement.
But I use Vodka more in the winter.
