within 1 game of the 8th spot in the east. Philly just lost to Memphis. It should b pretty easy to beat chicago tonight.

I watched that game on Telemundo. Terrible loss for Philly. I don't think they are that bad. They were winning the whole game, I think it's their coach. They have an efficient point guard in Snow, Iverson, a good second best player in Big Dog, A swatter in Dalembert. And they have good depth with Mckie, Kenny Thomas, DC and Korver. This team with Larry Brown would've done serious damage in the East.

eric snow blows. i guess you don't want anyone that good when u can just let AI shoot everytime, but theyre not doing any real damage without upgrading snow and upgrading another position

They went to the finals with Snow as there point guard. The problem has to be this new coach.

hey, that was three years ago, the nba isn't three years ago, it is now. i acknowledge snow's smarts and play making ability as far as the pg position goes, but with guards like marbury, baron, even wesely, kidd, even jason terry, evem dwame wade in the east, (all are very quick, strong, and talented unlike snow)i think it's time for the sixers to get an upgrade. who do i figure they should get? i don't want to think about that because i'm a knicks fan and that's enough of a bunch of sad thoughts, or maybe good thoughts are coming for the future

I dont think they are that talented. I think you are going to see that Larry Brown got a lot out of that team. He is a great coach. AI is amazing but after that I dont love that team

Its def their coach he is worse then Chaney, and Snow is very respectable, he can hit the midragne jumper and is somewhat clutch, besides a team with Big Dog and AI shold not be below the .500.
Their problem is coaching and age (sounds familiar?) Coleman, Snow, McKie, Big Dob are all over 30 if I am not mistaken. AI has 30+ years of milage on him which shows with all the injuries. Hopefully the Sixers wount fire their Chaney and keep sucking.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

snow is more of quality back up than a starter. you can't be consistent if your point can't knock down that open shot from three, and he passes that up all the time. not to say the coach does'nt suck too.

Boston just lost to the spurs, putting us 1 1/2 games ouit of 7th.

I Guarantee Philly won't make the playoffs this yr. They pretty much dissected that team which led them to the finals a couple yrs ago. Also, Larry brown is not here. There's a reason why he left, he knew this philly team was all but done..

Same goes for Boston.. They let an All-Star PF. in Antoine Walker go and pick up pure garbage in Raef Lafrentz whose out for the yr. Everything now falls on Pierce. THEY"RE DONE!!

With this Knick team, eventually they will make the playoffs as possible 5, 6,7, or 8 seed.. maybe even 4th spot.

Well, we might b able to pass philly soon, but boston's next 2 games r pretty easy. @ Miami and vs.Washington. I think we got a shot at being second in our division within a 10 game span tho
